How We Handle Your Information Under These Terms

These terms define how we collect, store and protect your account data. We keep your personal details encrypted and separate from our game servers.

Data Access

Request a copy of all personal data linked to your account — username, email, deposit history, withdrawal records and game activity. Email [email protected] with 'Data Request' in the subject line. We deliver your file within 14 days.

Account Closure

You can close your account at any time via Settings → Account → Close Account. Any pending payouts are processed before closure. Dormant accounts are flagged after 12 months of inactivity; contact us to reactivate.

Cookie Settings

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your game preferences, and track session security. You can manage cookies in your browser privacy settings. Blocking cookies may limit live-table streaming or payment-method display.

Transaction Records

Every deposit, withdrawal and game round is logged in your Account → Transaction History. You can download a full statement for any 30-day period. We retain these records for seven years.

Dispute Process

If you disagree with a payout or believe a withdrawal was delayed, email support with your transaction ID and a description. We investigate within 7 business days and respond via email with our findings.

Account Updates

Change your registered email, phone number or payment method in Settings → Profile. Verification of new details may take 2–4 hours. Withdrawal requests are paused until new details are confirmed.

If we detect a breach — such as sharing your login, attempting fraud, or using multiple accounts — we may restrict your account, suspend withdrawals, or close it permanently. We'll email you an explanation before taking action. Funds in your account at the time of closure are returned to your deposit method.

No. Only one account per person is allowed. If we identify duplicate accounts linked to the same email, phone or payment method, we merge them or close all but one. Winnings from duplicate accounts are not paid out.

After you request a withdrawal, we verify your identity (usually within 1–2 hours). Once cleared, DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transfers reach you within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

You can request permanent closure in Settings → Account → Close Account. Any pending payouts are processed first. Once closed, you cannot reopen the same account; you'd need to create a new one. Closure is final and your transaction history is archived for seven years.
